-Proven experience managing, leading & delivering testing efforts for Oracle Utilities (CCS,CC&B,C2M,MWM,OFS,MDM) implementation and upgrade projects.
-Ability to lead and mentor QA teams.
-Strong understanding of test planning, execution, and defect management.
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

-Fundamental understanding of Utilities Business and operations.
-Previous Implementation projects.
