Instructional Designer (Job id 000106)
Location: Richmond VA (primarily onsite, with some opportunity for remote work)

Statement of Work (SOW):
• Develop comprehensive training program
• Design instructional materials, e-learning modules, interactive guides, and scenarios-based training
• Develop assessment tools and KPIs to measure effectiveness of content and training
Performance standards:
• 7+ years’ experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and large-scale training program implementation
• Skilled in developing e-learning modules, interactive presentations, and instructional guides
• Proficient use of authoring tools, preferably Camtasia, SnagIT, Microsoft 365
• 7+ years of experience in Training and Quality Assurance in Call Center and Billing Operations, preferred
• 5+ years of operational experience / knowledge (call center, billing, revenue /collections, dispatch, and field services) preferably in the water and gas industries and /or other utilities, preferred
• Must possess a great personality, be an active listener who is approachable and has a great sense of humor
• Intermediate – expert level in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Forms
